Where should I start, Jack was very, very helpful in everything. Questions that I had if he didn't have the answer he would find out for me. He would call you and if he nows that you are still at work he would text you with what was going on with your loan. You can call him at anytime, I called him once a little passed 9pm and he answered to help me with a question I had. And Kristen Cooney- McCarthy was also very helpful with giving me the answers and what I needed to do with the paper work that was sent to me.
